maximum execution time error

Using wp ?6.7.2, woocommerce 9.6.1 .
Getting following error in https://www.printful.com/dashboard/
Something went wrong with sync on store
Last sync error: Failed! The request couldn't process fast enough, please increase the maximum execution time on your server. If that doesn't help, check your server error logs.
Try to refresh data. If error persists, contact customer support.Already increased the maximum execution time to 9000.
Contacted with customer support but nothing fixed. Someone from Printful told, this will not work with latest version of wordpress or woocommerce.
I already tried by disabling plugins like they said. But no luck.
