Maximum discount value seems to have a bug

To help us better understand your system environment, please share your WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report). Also, please create a test coupon with a 1% value, and no user role restriction, and share it with us so we can test the working of the coupon on your site itself.

Additionally, you may check the working of the coupon with only the WooCommerce and Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugins.
A conflict with a third-party plugin can cause calculation issues of the coupons. Please check it out and let us know how it goes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply the coupon on your site. We are getting the “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable for your Role” error message.

Please remove the role restriction of the coupon or create a new one without the role restriction.

Role restrictions have been removed. You can refer to the items in the cart shown in my screenshot for testing.

We have checked the coupon and it was working for us as expected. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

Yes, we were able to replicate the issue after adding the items similar to your cart. We will look into the matter and make the necessary improvements in the plugin to prevent similar problems in future.

We tried to replicate the issue on our site.

We tested displaying the prices including and excluding taxes (different local sites) and changed the currency to NT$. However, we were not able to recreate the issue.

We believe the issue is happening on your side due to the changes in tax percentage. Would it be possible to share the tax rates on your site? Additionally please share a screenshot of the WooCommerce > Settings > Tax page as well.

Unfortunately, we were not able to replicate the issue even after recreating the tax settings you shared. Would it be possible to share the screenshots of the tax rates (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax > Standard rates/Custom rates etc) used on your site?
