Maximum capacity of TP tables

    Hey Tobias,

    is there a maximum amount of table rows I can use in a TablePress table? I am working on an database which is a statistic table: I need to know whether I can pull in all of my online leagues players which are about 750 players what would result in about 750 lines.

    Is that possible?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    There is no limit in theory, but of course in practice, the memory on the server will be a limit.

    Your number (750 rows in a table) should however not cause any problems. For tables with rows in the range of 1,000s, the “Edit” screen might become slow and unusable, but even in that case, you can still use external programs like Excel to manage the table and then import the table.

    So what are saying is basically that as long as there are about 750 rows everything should work fine, even in the Edit Screen?

    Hi,

    yes, 750 rows should be fine, unless each rows has like 100 columns or so ??

    But in the end, you’ll have to test it, as this also depends on how good your computer is.
