MaxCDN fails to authorise

    Hey there,

    I have previously managed to get this work on another site, however on this occcasion with a slightly different API, Key and Secret for a different pull zone api, it keeps failing.

    Any help would be massively appreciated.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Since MaxCDN is actually Stackpath now, have you selected the Stackpath CDN (recommended) in the Performance>General Settngs>CDN>CDN Type: Dropdown or have you selected MaxCDN?
    Please share the screenshot of the setup and let me know the steps to reproduce the issue.

    Despite being stackpath we are still on a maxcdn subscription. I did indeed select MaxxDN. It fails when ever I try to input the api string. I click the get code but it doesn’t want to accept it.

    I have a specific API set up for this site.

    Thank you for the information.
    Can you please confirm you have the correct API key?
    Please check the instructions in these support articles:

    https://support.maxcdn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036931091-Setup-WordPress-with-W3-Total-Cache
    The API should be in the following format: lias+consumer_key+consumer_secret

    Thank you for the information.
    Can you please check the console for any errors?
    Just to confirm, you’ve managed to authorize MaxCDN on another website via W3 Total Cache, however, on the website you are currently working on you cannot authenticate?
    Is the website you’re having issues with on a different hosting environment?
    It looks like networking doesn’t work on that host. like curl is not installed.
    Can you please confirm this with your hosting provider?

    Same hosting environment is the same – awaitng response to Curl setup.
