maxcdn ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT how to dequeue

    Hi, please help me on how to dequeue your:

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='font-awesomeWpf-css' href='https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css?ver=1.5.8' media='all' />

    In my country, maxcdn is blocked by our ISP which caused the page to give net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error on the backend and frontend.

    The only way to solve this is by your plugin to switch from maxcdn to other type of cdn or help me by providing a code to dequeue maxcdn.

    Other plugins that uses maxcdn also helped to provide me a code to dequeue maxcdn and it solves the problem.
