MaxButton no longer working after update clear buttons

  • Something was updates on wordpress a few weeks ago now my buttons are not working. At first when they went bad they were just button with no text. Now I updated the plugin and wordpress to 5.7 and the buttons just do nto show up period. I open Maxbutton and try to create a new buttom and the preview just shows nothing at all. Here is what I have on the site.

    Do you see any errors? You can check the database in the maxbuttonsv3 table to see if the old buttons are still there.

    Other things you can try:

    – Install Query Monitor Plugin and see if you see any errors.
    – Hit F12 for browser developer console and see if you see any errors there while using the button editor

    – Try to disable other plugins and see if that helps ( start with the Lightbox, it’s known to give issues sometimes )

    – Check if the plugins you have are regularly updated and are tested on the current version of WordPress and PHP . Especially plugins with a smaller install base.
