Max width on mobile version of popup

    Hello.
    I am facing such problem:
    I have created popup (desktop version) which works fine, but now i am trying to create mobile version of it and i am unable to make it full width it only has some old devices width. How can i make it full width ?

    Please set the position to “full-screen” in the middle-top of the builder.

    Sorry i did not get it. i want to use ‘banner’ which width is much smaller than new devices . If i choose full-screen it will make popup full screen and not increase the banner width.

    Max width is 242 px i cant increase it

    Hello @zurabsx ,

    For your needs with a mobile banner popup, I recommend that you apply the image as the background of the banner area, by clicking on the body of the banner, then selecting Background section of the menu, and uploading the image. Note that image should be of adjusted height to width ratio, so it fits the banner nicely. This way the image will be scaled proportionately to mobile screen sizes.
