Max time for 404 lockout

I have been trying to manage the 404 list but with my 40 sites some getting 4000k a day with brute force, the 404 event log is extremely hard to work with, If you are on say page 30 and you hit temp block, it brings you back to page 1. After I temp block I am copying text to put into spreadsheets and trying to collect ip’s. There is no export option.

I have set the time length of lockout to a couple weeks but it is not reflecting in the locked out ips. The time expires in just an hour.

I have the time length option in 404 detection checked “on” and a time of 20160. which is 2 weeks.

How can I get the time to reflect a blockout of the time I request?
