Max posts shown on "Blog" page?

We notice that only the last 4 posts are shown on the blog page (called “Berichten” page on our site). The last post is shown in full and the 3 before that are listed in the sidebar. But we want to show more posts in the sidebar, not only 3.
We can control the max posts shown on the front page via the customizer and widget but can we also edit/alter the count of posts shown on the blog page somewhere?
