    Hi Lejendary,

    Has this always happened or has it only happened recently? If the latter, please try disabling any plugins you’ve installed or updated since it was last working.

    If you can’t get it working please set up a temporary admin login for me and send the details through https://maxmegamenu.com/support (use WPSUPPORT as the licence key) and I’ll take a look.

    How has this been resolved, we are facing the exact same problem and unfortunately I do not see the resolution.

    Hi nhmn,

    Threads are set to resolved if there hasn’t been a response for a week or 2.

    When did it stop working? Have you tried disabling any plugins that you’re installed or updated since it was working?

    I have the same problem. I can’t tell you an exact time when it stopped working, because I haven’t changed my menu in a while. I tried to disable some recently installed plugins, but that didn’t solve the problem. I have the latest version of Max Mega Menu, plus the following plugins activated:

    Akismet

    Hello Dolly

    Limit Login Attempts

    Thanks, the conflict is with TemplatesNext Toolkit. I’ve already implemented a fix in the development version of MMM, in the mean time you will need to disable the plugin (you can reenable it once your menus are configured).

    I’m having a similar problem when using some widgets in woo commerce’s mega menu.

    Hi!!

    When inserting the ‘arbitrary text or html’ widget into the menu and typing words into the content box, it looks as though it’s saving, though I’m not able to ‘save and publish’ the change.

    When I preview the website, there isn’t anything in the content box.

    When I go back to the customizer to check the widget, the content box is empty.

    Just found this same error in the contact info widget.

    Apparently it isn’t an error with mega menu as I received this as a response:

    The menu and widgets are not part of our theme but the WordPress core software itself and there are no issues when cross testing this on my storefront theme for you.

    What you describe sounds like an issue with your WordPress core software install or it’s widgets, it’s not related to our products though.

    I’m running the latest wordpress. This may be the issue.

    I’ve also tried deactivating every non woo themes plugin to see if that was the issue but was unable to get the menu working.

    Any suggestions?
