Max Mega Menu displaying all content on the page instead of just the page title in the menu. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin twice, to no avail.

My hosting support gave me this error:

“I have checked and I could see that issue with the plugin: [19-Oct-2023 14:13:36 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “submit-nonce” in /home1/thsdrkmy/public_html/New/wp-content/plugins/disable-update-notifications/index.php on line 36″

“I have disabled the plugin and still the same issue exist which means, new script should be updated for the plugin, please contact plugin vendor and provide this error logs details ” [19-Oct-2023 14:13:36 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key “submit-nonce” in /home1/thsdrkmy/public_html/New/wp-content/plugins/disable-update-notifications/index.php on line 36″ and ask they’ll provide you the updated script.”

I just tried to install for a third time and getting this message: “Installation failed: Could not create directory.”

I have it running on two other sites without an issue. I hesitate to pay for this as I am concerned it will have the same issue.

    HELP PLEASE!

    Hi,

Please go to Mega Menu > Menu Locations, in the location settings find the Menu Item Description option and disable it.

Thanks, but I do not see that anywhere. I looked in a current install and do not see it.

I uninstalled the plugin in the WP I am working on, hoping I could reinstall it and it would work. Now I get this message. Any help you can give. I’m stuck. Host said it was not something on their side.

    Hi Emma,

Are you able to install any plugin? If not, the permissions on your server are incorrect. Sorry to bounce you back but you would need to ask your host to fix that (its not something I can do).

If its only MMM that you can’t install, try deleting the ‘megamenu’ plugin folder directly on your server then try installing again through WordPress. Make sure you take a backup first.

    Regards,
    Tom

Happy to report that it is now working as it should!

I had to do some things on the host – start over again – again, but now all seems to be working as I would like.

Thank you so much for your help!!
