Max Mega Menu Combatibility

Hi there great plugin,

Everything works correctly except Max Mega Menu Plugin that I have installed.
I can configure qTranslate on MMM Widgets but on my Appearance > Menu’s MMM this does not change and does not display properly on front end.

Any help?
