max file size upload

Considering that PHP, WordPress and the Web server have been configured properly, what is the maximum file size which can be uploaded with S3 using your plugin?
Based on this:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/UploadingObjects.html
if your plugin uploads objects in a single operation, we are limited to 5Gb.
I know this is big, but I have some customers who need to publish video files which may be above that size.
Please advise.
