Max File Size

My max files size for uploading to WordPress media is 256 MB. I am trying to upload a PDF (file size 32.24 MB), testing this plugin and I keep getting this error:
“This file exceeds the 10 MB max file size.”
How is this possible?
Is there somewhere in the plugin that sets a max file size?
Please help!

Yes, I am using WP 4.9.5
I actually got this answer from the THEME author:
You can copy the function for the projects page mentioned here: https://alkaweb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/WOF/pages/4227352/File+Manager into your functions.php and add the attribute maxsize=”256″ to the file uploader shortocode.
You will have to change some of the code for your theme, though.
