Max CDN through W3TC Causing Blank White Screen after 3.7 update

Hello,

I updated to WP3.7 today and got the blank screen. After testing the plugins, I isolated it to W3TC, and then went through the settings. Turning off Max CDN brought the site back.

Any suggestions on how to fix this so Max CDN works again?
