This integration is supposed to work with your own Mautic installation that must be already working and available for access. You also need to actually enable both API and HTTP Basic Auth in your Mautic configuration API settings.
Otherwise, plugin won’t be able to connect and authorize itself, hence it will give errors.
There is, however, also another possible issue that might be related to Mautic installation itself. If you are absolutely sure that above requirements are met and the credentials are valid, please try clearing Mautic cache by removing the
/app/cache
folder from within your Mautic installation. Additionally, after that, try creating new credentials and see if that solves the problem. Let me know if this worked for you, please.
