Matching Extended Profile Field Names to CSV Column Headings

    With groups and structured conditions, I made some Extended Profile Fields in WP. I can see the field LABELS (e.g. ‘Favourite Colour’), but I cannot see the field NAMES (e.g. favourite_colour).

    I have a CSV file of data to import. Using a CSV import plugin, I would like to direct certain columns in the CSV file to certain Extended Profile fields I have pre-made in WP.

    How can I see the appropriate Extended Profile Field NAMES in WP, so as to be able to type them into my CSV file column headings, so that data gets imported to the right place?

    Same here.

    I have defined fields with your plugin, and I see the fields in the User definition page.
    I have done an export, to see the field names, used these field names in the import, imported, but the fields in the user definition page remain blank.
    When I export the users, the imported values are there.

    It looks like the imported fields – although with the same names as defined in your plugin – are stored somewhere else.

    So same question as above.

    It would be better if you create a private ticket on our support forum (https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). Please include a link to this post, so that we could recall the case immediately.

    Why is that? There are 3 people with this issue. If you are going to treat this as a private ticket how will we be notified of the solution?
    Or do you want 3 private tickets for the same?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. We have not tested the functionality with the CSV import plugin. Profile Extra Fields data can only be exported so far.
