Matching Custom Fields with Constant Contact Add-On

    Hello, i am using the Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On, but teh custom fields do not show by label/name inside WordPress, so its tricky to have to always look/reference/remember which custom field inside Constant Contact is the correct one. is there a setting i need to change in order to fetch the correct custom fields? her is a screenshot:
