Matching actual URL to CDN URL

    Hey all,

    I’m running WPTC 0.9.2.3 with Amazon’s Cloudfront as my CDN. I currently have 4 CNAMEs that I use to spread images, JS and CSS files over. All of these CNAMEs are subdomains off of my root domain.

    CDN CNAME #3 should correlate to JS files after the <body> tag, but I am currently seeing image files from uploads directory being served from this CNAME. Although not a huge problem, I worried about the SEO implications when and if I have to change domain names.

    So, my question: is there any way to correlate the actual URL with the CDN url from within W3TC?
