match users to reference number

Hi – does this plugin allow me to restrict new registrations to exisiting WP users onlu?

For example, lets say I have a list of 200 users – each user has a unique email AND a unique referece number. This reference number is generated by a 3rd party OUTSIDE of wordpress. I can add all 200 users in bulk to my WP user list.

Now I want people to join my site, and pay a $10 per year / month ect membership – BUT I want to restrict memberships to only those who have an email which is on my database AND a matching reference numbers.

If people try to join / sign up and their emial and reference are not allready in WP, then they should not be allowed to join.

Is this scenario achieveable with Paid Membership Subscriptions?
