Match schedule not updating after group stages

    I built a match schedule for the current women’s World Cup however after the outcome of the group and now knock out stages, future matches are not automatically updating with the correct team names. For example where it was set up as “Winner of Group A” initially, it did not update to say for example “Australia”.

    Is there something that has to be set/defined for this to happen? As I’m 99.9% sure it was automatic with the last World Cup download.

    Sorry to bring you some bad news, but matches in the knock-out bracket are not automatically updated. This has to be done manually by an admin.

    Was also like this for other tournaments. My plugin has never supported this and it will also never get this support because every tournament has its own rules that I would have to develop business rules for in the code (and there are even tie-breakers that can’t be coded because that data is not available in the plugin).

    Ah! In that case, ignore me ??

    I could have sworn it was automatic for the Euros in 2021 but I’ll take your word for it. ????
