Match Profiles to Groups

I am building a social networking site and would like to have the capability for my users to create their own “groups” where they can host forums. However, I would like each user to be ‘matched’ to a group that most closely matches their personality profile. I cannot locate a plugin that would allow this function. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
