“Match all filters” to content filter not working

Hi, We have just installed plugin and setup a page with a content filter that has one category and nine filters. We have “match all filters” ticked – however if users tick Option A and Option B in filters – items from both filters show, not only those that match both options. Is this not what “match all filters” is?
