masthead and menu do not go all the way across the screen on tablet and phone

Hello,
When viewing my site on tablets and phones the white masthead with the logo and description do not extend horizontally to the end of the page.
The same is true with the horizontal menu.This is not an issue viewing the site on a laptop or a desktop.
Not sure what the issue is, but I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
