    I am currently using the MasterStudy theme (version 4.8.43) along with the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin (version 4.4.2) and the MasterStudy LMS Free plugin (version 3.3.3) for my website, which is running on WordPress version 6.4.3. I recently noticed that the Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro) plugin had an update to version 3.0.1, but I waited until both the theme and LMS plugins confirmed compatibility before proceeding with the update.

    According to the MasterStudy theme changelog, you mentioned: “Fix: Checked for compatibility with Paid Membership Pro 3.0.”

    After updating the MasterStudy theme, LMS plugins, and PMPro to version 3.0.1, I encountered an issue with the purchase process for course plans. When clicking on the purchase button for a plan on a course page, the page simply refreshes without redirecting me to the PMPro checkout page as expected.

    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. I suspected that the issue might be related to outdated PMPro pages, so I deleted all the existing PMPro pages.
    2. I then recreated the PMPro pages using the shortcodes provided in the PMPro plugin settings.
    3. However, the issue persists, and I am still unable to proceed to the checkout page when attempting to purchase a course plan.

    Environment:

    • WordPress version: 6.4.3
    • MasterStudy theme version: 4.8.43
    • MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin version: 4.4.2
    • MasterStudy LMS Free plugin version: 3.3.3
    • Paid Memberships Pro version: 3.0.1

    Expected Behavior:
    When clicking on the purchase button for a course plan, the user should be redirected to the PMPro checkout page to complete the transaction.

    Actual Behavior:
    Clicking on the purchase button for a course plan only refreshes the current page, and the user is not redirected to the PMPro checkout page.

    • I have double-checked that all the necessary PMPro pages have been recreated with the correct shortcodes.
    • I have cleared the browser cache and tried accessing the site using different browsers, but the issue remains.

    Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this issue and ensure proper integration between the MasterStudy theme (version 4.8.43), MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin (version 4.4.2), MasterStudy LMS Free plugin (version 3.3.3), and PMPro 3.0.1, considering the mentioned compatibility with PMPro 3.0 in the theme’s changelog.     Unfortunately, we detected the issue you reported after release in one of the staging environments.
