Masterstudy Pro plugin and theme completely useless

    Terrible usability. Plugin doesn’t work properly. Pro version are NOT include any communications with users, but administrator only.

    We have hire 5 teachers for usability test – NO ONE can easily use “add course” options.

    We have asked moneyback – they rejected.

    So you loose your money using masterstudy products. Never buy MasterStudy LMS pro, you won’t get the quality product.

  • Everything Searchamn said, is still true 7 months on. I’ve had major issues with this theme, and replies to tickets take 4 to 6 DAYS, and the answers are so glib that they clearly don’t read or understand the content of the issue. They just see a key word, then cut and paste an answer somehow related to the key word – not the issue.

    Avoid this theme. Avoid StyleMix themes.
