Masterstudy course Certificate doesn’t show up

    I have activated Masterstudy Certificate plugin however when using certificate builder preview option doesn’t work – when clicked, nothing happens. The same situation occurs when i try to click “download certificate” in user profile.
    What can be possible the reason?

    The problem was fixed with the latest update of the associated plugins. thx
