Masterstudy Buddypress conflict upon user registration

Hi,

I am trying to use Masterstudy LMS plugin with Buddypress, which shouldn’t be an issue. My problem is that I need email verification for new users who wish to register, and there seem to be a problem here.
Issue : the form registration form is filled out, a verification email is sent, BUT the link with the token just leads back to the registration page (/user-account/). The account IS NOT created on the website, and I’m stuck in this loop.
What I’ve tried :

• I’ve switched to default Masterstudy theme – issue persisted
• I’ve deactivated all plugins – issue was fixed
• I’ve reactivated plugins one by one, and found out the issue arose when Buddypress was activated
• I’ve tested with all plugins activated except for Buddypress, and it worked

So I have the issue with just Masterstudy and Buddypress activated. How can I fix this?
