Master Password, is it possible?

  • Just wondering if it’s possible to require a master password, or a key code or something in order to even be able to register? Has anyone seen a way, or a plugin that will do this?

    Our site is for a group, so we want to limit the SPAM and only allow registration for members of the group.

  • Well, I’m not sure I understand but you could put your register-form on a password protected page.
    And if you want the whole site to be visible only to people who know the password you could use a plugin like this one Password Protected but that protects the whole site.
