Massively Increased Total Blocking Time & DOM Size

I am in the process of optimizing my company’s website and I found that WP Social Ninja is the culprit of my low CWV tested with PageSpeed Insights.
Below are links to the PageSpeed Insights reports for the before and after of the disabling of WP Social Ninja.

After: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-upekkhacleaning-com/stfa54cqlz?form_factor=mobileMy TBT went down from 1450ms to 140ms and my DOM size went from 2812 elements to 1173 elements. Mind you I’m just using the Google Reviews Template.

Is there anything that can be done about this? I don’t intend to remove WP Social Ninja but if nothing can be done I would have to find an alternative.
