MASSIVE wp_bwps_log table

Is the wp_bwps_log table in MySQL supposed to be so enormous? It is 22724 rows! Is it safe to delete all or some of the entries in this table? If so, what method would you recommend? It’s making it so that it is impossible for me to backup my site. I keep getting timeouts.
