Massive white block instead of showing grid

    Hi,

    I’m using the GeneratePress premium theme. I have inserted a product grid #1 in my homepage and it works perfectly. On the other hand, in the Elements section of the theme, I try to place the same block (or any other) as a hook before and what I get is a huge blank block.

    Can you please tell me why? Thank you in advance.

    Hi @maganmi,

    Sorry for the experience. Go to ProductX > Saved template > Use your desired design there. Then use the shortcode inside GeneratePress Elements. That should show you the exact design.

    Meanwhile, can you send us a screenshot of your hook elements? Especially the condition field which shows the path of the hook element.

    It seems like our plugin isn’t 100% compatible with GeneratePress hook elements. I am sending this issue to our development team and they will have a look into it.
