massive problems, no support for this plugin?!

    why do you not reply to support questions here like my question before?
    Why you also not reply via email?

    Next question:
    Why product brands are not exported via any export plugin?
    All other brand plugins export brand information in product export. Your plugin also can not handle this basics?

    Hello,

    What exactly topic do you mean?

    Plugin work correct with WooCommerce export/import tool, but we do not have information about compatibility with other plugins.
    Our plugin create custom taxonomy and it must work similar to other brand plugins.

    we try to export product information and brand name.
    How to do that?

    WP All Export support was not able to get this information.
    Where you store this information and how to get this data?

    We already wrote to WP All Export support and they test a lot of options and fields and no one contain the name of brand.

    Please share detailed information or screenshots about custom fields/settings to get the brand name in export.

    Hello,

    Plugin use WordPress taxonomy functionality and all brands stored in term taxonomy tables same as other taxonomies.
