Problems with Plugins under WP 3.0.5 after PHP-Update

Two days ago latest stable PHP-Version from end of 2010 (non Beta) was patched onto the server.

Since yesterday the “Advanced Category Excluder” Plugin causes following Errorprompt on the Site Homepage:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘ace_links_args’ not found or invalid function name in /home/blablabla/domains/blablabla.de/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 166

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home/blablabla/domains/blablabla.de/public_html/wp-content/plugins/advanced-category-excluder/ace-func.php on line 27

Deaktivieren of Plugins ends the Conflict, but the Site structure looks broken. Re-Activation results in an Errorprompt in the Admin-Panel:

Plugin sends 422 signs unexpected during activation. If you see Errorprompt “headers already sent” or Feed is corrupted, you shoukld deactivate or delete Plugin.

Furthermore Plugin “Mingle Forum” is working, but nevertheless creates Errorprompts:
