Massive Login Redirects?

Hello,
Trying to narrow now a new problem, where our site is creating a redirect login page for every post. Here’s an example, we now have over 350 of these and counting. Because we use this plugin and its does help with login we were wondering if anyone has had this problem or deal with this problem before and can suggest a fix?Examples:
