    We saw a massive drop (down about 90% across all channels) beginning last Friday (1/25). After a lot of testing, we determined that while pages were loading fine, Analytics was not registering most hits.

    After disabling this plugin and loading another popular one from the plugin store, traffic is appearing once again in Analytics. I have not diagnosed the specific issue within this plugin, but clearly something is amiss. I thought I’d share so you can fix and so others might benefit if they’re seeing the same issue.     Hi @iscmark,

    Do you have any caching on your site which may be caused a glitch in reporting or similar as what you describe is not something which we have been receiving other reports of with regards to WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration at the moment?

    Nope – No caching and no changes were made to the live site during this time. It seems like an odd plugin conflict. Since I’ve swapped in another plugin, I don’t have any helpful information on this one. We’ve seen no issues since. Godspeed!

    We just switched to using WC Analytics. Been using it without issues on other sites, but for this site we saw an enormous drop in users. Same like Iscmark reported: across all channels.
    I have switched off all caching and will check in a few days. Otherwise we’ll have to go to another plugin.

    @iscmark: could you be so kind to tell me which plugin you are using now? Thanks!

    Thanks! I do see that plugin has some limitations (not working with child theme, which we have), so I’ll first see if I can get the WC one to work.

    We’ve also seen a massive drop in Analytics recorded visits since the 5th of Jan 2019. Our server logs indicate that we still have a similar volume of traffic. Has anyone found a resolution to this problem?
