Massive delay, Complicated installation, bad customer service

  • This is my second time using a web-dorodo product and second time running into a bad problem. The product advertises to make a query by hashtag. This takes ONE minute before your page is built (and I have only four instagram posts!). It also does not make it clear that it installs a new web page and must migrates the plugs ins with 10WEb. It took me 6 days to run through the scant documentation to get it running. When I realized the problem there was no solution and when I asked to get my money back this is their comment:
    We regret to inform you, that we cannot help you with your request.
    Please note, that you have contacted us 6 days after purchasing the plugin and used the plugin and 2 services during this period.

    The most we can do for you is to provide you with a different Web-Dorado plugin free of charge.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.
    Please note, that the feed may run slow only the first time it loads. Unfortunately, we cannot control this, as the plugin requests images from Instagram API.

    However, after the first load, the content is cached and the feed runs quickly and should not bother you (or other users) with speed issues.
