Massive Database Problem

I love the way the plugin works on the front end. It makes the chat widget look SO much nicer. However, on the back end this plugin wreaked havoc on my database.

It added approx. 30,000 options to the database, all of which were also auto-loading. I have no idea why this was happening, or why the plugin would at all save anything to the database. Here’s an image of what’s appearing in the DB.

At first we blamed Tawk.to and even opened a ticket and escalated, but they pointed directly to this plugin as the culprit.

I’m surprised no one else has noticed this yet, but eventually it will slow down every site to a crawl if something isn’t corrected.
