Massiv problems with Google Chrome Cache

For some reason Google Chrome plays not well with that plugin.
Some display Effects like
– No change on resort of Folders
– NO dropping of Images
– No Creation of New Folders

In most other browsers there are no problems Firefox Safari ect.
With Google incognito its also working

Removed all Chrome Plugins ,deleted Cache several times .
Only a hard reload will solve the problem partial ,till next page refresh.

Do this React Plugin use any Cache not cleared probably ?
