I checked the form in the mentioned URL, but couldn’t find a Captcha field configured in the form. Please find more about how to add a Captcha in a Forminator form here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#captcha-field

Can you please share an export of the form using Google Drive or Pastebin.com so we can take a closer look at how the form is configured?
