Mass Import of Future Posts

I have a meditation blog that has the same posts each day or each year. I have completed the manual entry of all posts over the last year. I would like to know how I could “mass reimport” these posts so that they will auto publish on their respective days in the coming year.

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?
