    Support here is only for the store locator plugin itself, not for paid add-ons.

    – can you ( or your host ) check the error log on the server. You can often access this file through the control panel of your host.
    – can you ask your host what the maximum execution time is? It’s possible it runs into a timeout.
    – are the 20k locations already geocoded ( they contain the coordinates )? They are all located in the US?
