So, I’ve been using your plugin to great effect across a number of client sites. Recently however, I’m running into this issue: The Masonry Gallery simply will not render. (See video: https://app.screencast.com/aLZtBt03bZV4Z)

I have run through all the troubleshooting steps, enabled, disabled plugins, cleared both browser and site cache, regenerated the thumbnails, etc.

Nothing seems to work. I have also the exact same configuration (plugins, Oxygen, etc) on another site and it renders fine there.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (I will flip it back to Responsive for now, but really prefer the Masonry look and feel if we can get this sorted out)

    Thanks!

    Hi @cenay

As a first troubleshooting step, kindly switch to another theme other than the Oxygen theme, such as the WordPress default theme, and then load a page containing a FooGallery masonry gallery to see if the issue still persists when that is done.

You can use the ?Health Check plugin by The www.remarpro.com Community to assist you to carry this out safely without the risk of breaking your site.

Kindly try this and let us know how it goes.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

Oxygen is a plugin, not a theme, just FYI.

I was able to force it to show up by adding some custom CSS that overrides the “height” that something within the plugin sets to 0.

Another FYI, I use Oxygen almost exclusively, and use FooGallery and FooLight box on a bunch of site so I’ve gotten pretty good at troubleshooting. This one is baffling even tho I solved it.
