Masonry effect of child pages on parent pages

Hello there,

My name is Sebastian, I am an absolute newbie as concerns websites and WordPress. I now want to start my first website.

There should be in total about 86 parent pages with their child pages shown in masonry effect (3 columns on desktop and 1 on mobile).

The result should be like this of blog articles: /category/amerikanische-jungfern-inseln/

I already started an attempt to create parent pages with nested child pages in masonry, but this is not finalised yet. Currently, I only have 1 column on desktop and mobile.

Can you please help me? Do you know what to do?
