• Hello
So I’ve gone thru the checklist and set up everything. Basically I have a visitor level and a membership level, and then I have a free trial and a paid subscription.
I have set up a protected group for downloads/media.
I’ve set my ‘stranger’ access to the visitor level and set it to see all pages but restricted it so can’t see the protected media group.

On my homepage, I created a link to a PDF I have protected.
When I go to the site (using a different browser I’m not logged into) I am able to click on the link and view this PDF, when I shouldn’t be able to. Have I missed a step?

Second problem is that on my homepage I created a link to my Registration page (just using the wordpress CMS). When I go to the home page and click on this link it fails because it seems the plugin has changed the link and put the masked download URL. When I remove the masked url on the options page it works. I’d like to have the mask there for pdfs etc that I wish to protect as that’s what I thought it was meant to do. It shouldn’t be masking page links, surely?

Please help, this plugin looks good and I’d like to use it.
