    Hello

For the longest time, your plugin has worked wonderfully to change our login url to a different string on all of our sites within our network website. However, today, attempting to use the custom string on any of the networked sites causes the browser to seemingly forward to /wp-login, which then displays the “this feature is disabled page”. Strangely, this seems to only be the case with the sites that are not the main site of the network site; I am able to use the custom URL string with the root domain and am taken to the proper login page.

I’ve had to disable the feature within the plugin in order to give my coworkers access to their respective sites, but we would like to reinstate the custom URL as soon as possible. I’ve already tried updating the plugin, deactivating it and reactivating it, and checking that the htaccess file or redirection plugins does not impose any redirection behavior for the pages.

Any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @jdybisz

    I hope you’re well today!

There has been no updates to the free version of Defender recently and nothing has changed in it so far. The issue applies to the most recent update of the Pro version of the plugin only.

Please note: we are not allowed and able to provide assistance for Pro plugins here. For assistance with Pro releases please contact us via our site

As the issue doesn’t apply to the Defender version available here, I’m marking this ticket as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
