    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As this occurred right after an update, it is likely a conflict with your theme or plugins.

Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solves the issue:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – Switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.

    I hope this information helps.

    Best Regards,

    Hello.

If the above does not help, you can also try the following:

    • Clear ALL cache, including browser, site cache (from any plugins installed on the site) and server-side cache (you may need to ask your hosting provider to do this)
    • Try regenerating files and data by going to Elementor > Tools and clicking on “Regenerate CSS & Data”
