Marking Valid Submissions as Spam

I have a leads form for a customer created in Gravity Forms. I was using this plugin, but disabled while troubleshooting why we had about half of the submissions being submitted not recorded or email notifications sent – even though the submitter would successfully see the confirmation message. Unfortunately, there are no records of the lost submissions other than the video recordings we have from implementing Log Rocket looking for errors.

I really like this plugin and am using it on a dozen other sites, and I am willing to work with you to find a solution. Please let me know if you need additional information to help troubleshoot the issue and make your plugin more reliable.
