marking a surrounding area

I am a gardener/landscaper and wish to use this app but what I would like to do is mark my work place and then mark with a highlighted bubble or something a surrounding area of 10 miles which would be a certain price and then 15 miles in a different colour which would be a different price? Can this be done with this app?
