Marking a comment as “Spam” should automatically put that user in a spam user group roll!
This is really needed. It would make getting rid of bot so much more easy. The person that setup our store really left us wide open and now we have a serious problem on our hands. Registration on wordpress in general is really bad. But now I find myself with over 5k users and only about 1.2K are real. and the spam on WooCommerce is really hard to keep up. It also takes a lot of time, as I have to see if they are real comments / reviews or not. I’ve found no easy way to tackle this problem but I feel this would be a step in the right direction. essentially automatically moving users you mark with a spam comment or reviews with a spam user group roll would make it very easy to identify and get rid of them very fast!
